Join artist Brett Graham and Hanahiva Rose, Assistant Curator Contemporary Art and Collections as they discuss the processes behind the making of Brett Graham's exhibition Tai Moana Tai Tangata and the histories and narratives which underpin it.

Brett Graham (Ngāti Kōroki-Kahukura, Tainui), was the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery's 2019 Artist in Residence. Graham is a Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland based sculptor who creates large scale artworks and installations that explore indigenous histories, politics and philosophies.

Hanahiva Rose is Assistant Curator of Contemporary Art and Collections at the Govett Brewster in New Plymouth. She is regularly published nationally for her writing on Māori and Pacific art practices in Aotearoa.
