Inner peace and self-fulfilment are possible for each of us.

Two modern-day monks meet a diverse range of people making a choice for a better life through meditation. Ballet dancers and writers, stressed business people, a cancer patient, foster children and maximum-security prisoners; their stories show peace is possible for individuals and communities - and suggests it may be possible for all of humanity. Stunning cinematography combined with the power of people sharing from a place of profound peace delivers a palpable and moving experience.

A very inspirational film Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Byk3YkhKNsI
I have watched this beautiful and inspirational film a number of times with family, friends and strangers alike. It has always been uplifting and highly motivating. It's beautiful, vibrant and with stunning simplicity tells the story of people from many walks of life, finding peace through Ascension Meditation. One is left with the certainty that this practise is simple, powerful and very effective. If it worked for them, then anyone can find peace using these techniques. The film is as beautiful to watch as is to listen to....the music ...and wonderful stories of transformation.

Showing at Lopdell House, Wednesday 17 February, 7.30 pm. Tickets $10.00. Doors open 7 pm
