Experienced Herbalist and Naturopath, Phillipa, will guide you through the fasting rejuvenating process to discover the healing power of fresh organic juices and mineralizing broths. To gain maximum benefit from your fasting experience, cut down on your quantity of food, eat mostly fruits and veggies, avoid coffee and stimulants for 2-3 days prior, and be sure to drink plenty of water.
Yoga Teacher, Jen will guide you through twice daily yin/yang yoga class. This style of yoga uses deep stretching and body awareness to relax, nourish, and restore your body. A perfect complement to juice fasting that will leave you feeling light, refreshed, and positive.
Enjoy saunas, hot tubs, daily meditation, sound healing, massage, and free time to walk on the beach, read, connect with like-minded people, or simply relax and reflect.
