Toi Mā Te Whānau: Special 2021 Vision Board Session

Join us for a special edition of Family Art!

During this weeks session, we will be joined by our friend Alina from Good Morning Coaching, who will help us to create family vision boards for 2021!

Vision boards are a fun, inspiring and creative way for us all to set goals for the year ahead!

This special edition will be the same format as our standard weekly sessions. A drop-in, interactive art-making session designed for the whole family.

Alina says:

"Create, have fun, focus on what's important for the next year. A vision board is a perfect tool that makes it easier to reach your goals, a collage of images and/or words used as a visualization tool. The images and words can be cut out from magazine pages, drawn, written, or printed out.
Benefits: Refocus your life, stay motivated, have your own art collage in your house, share what you love with others, see how you're doing, feel good about yourself."
