School Holiday Program - Rourou Basket Weaving Harakeke

Come join Oriwa as she shows you how to make a rourou basket from harakeke flax.

This is a great opportunity to test your skills and learn more about Maori weaving arts with a tutor who has lots of enthusiastic creative energy and ability to connect with learners of all ages.

Open to persons 8 years old and up and requires an Intermediate - Advanced skill level, all resources are provided.

All children under 14 years old must have adult supervision.
