Say Cheese - Cheese Appreciation with Cathy Lang

Peihana Farm is celebrating its 4th year of being part of the annual Taranaki Sustainable Backyards Trail. To mark the occasion we've invited Cathy Lang, lead cheesemaker for Fonterra Brands, to take us on a journey of cheese appreciation. If you have always wanted to make cheese, are a closet cheese lover or an out there cheese hogger then this evening is for you.

Tickets includes grazing platters of cheeses, fresh dips, homebaked breads, crackers, garden to table seasonal delights and a selection of NZ organic wines to sample.
