You will fill 3 jars, to nurture and care for at home, and have the benefits of homemade probiotics!

Pauline will also demonstrate how to make quark and make and use milk kefir.
There will be kefir grains for you to take home as well.

Farmhouse Kitchen Cooking School is where you can come and learn to cook using the finest and freshest local, seasonal produce. We keep our classes small (up to 10 people) and each of the classes will provide you with learning the tips and techniques to recreate the dishes in your own home.
