Creative Jazz Club: Mark Donlon Quintet (WGTN)

Pianist/composer Mark Donlon brings a crack quintet from Wellington to CJC.

Mark Donlon moved to NZ in 2013 and is now Head of Jazz of the New Zealand School of Music at Victoria University in Wellington. He has performed with Kenny Wheeler, Dave Liebman, Bob Minzer, Seamus Blake, Alex Sipiagin.

He's joined by Bryn van Vliet, Luca Sturney, Seth Boy, and Cory Champion, for a night of original music from Donlon’s albums, and new arrangements of favourite standards.
