The boutique beer bogans from Hutt City aka Panhead HQ are finally bringing our celebration of Beer, Bluegrass, and BBQ – Blue Smoke - to Wellington. Join us this Road to Beervana for Blue Smoke Rising at the Tory Street Taproom.

Hunker down amongst the smoke and flames of our heated courtyard and listen to the blazin’ fiddles & smokin’ strings of Dusty Burnell and friends, we promise this will be the perfect prelude to your Beervana Weekend.

Our salute to all things Americana wouldn’t be complete without some amazing beers, liquor and BBQ of course, so on top of the exclusive release Batch Brews straight from the Brewery pilot kits, we’ll be launching a specialty beer for the first time on tap!

The awesome team at Tory Street have sourced some of the finest examples of NZ distilling to present our Blue Smoke Rising Boilermaker Menu! This perfectly curated list pairs Panhead Custom Ales to some amazing New Zealand spirits, alongside a one-off slider menu straight from the grill. Think along the lines of smoky beef brisket sliders with Alabama white sauce slaw & crispy onions served up with our new 13.5% Imperial Stout and a shot of Thomson Rye & Barley!
