Welcome to "Rising Star," the hottest new drag competition - where the spotlight is on, the outfits are sparkling and the competition is FIERCE!
Join us as we embark on a journey where charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent collide as we search for Wellington's first ever Rising Star. We don't just have contestants; we have visionaries, trailblazers, and the future icons of the drag world performing their absolute hearts out for you all.
At each of the Rising Star Heats the performers will werk, slay and stunt on stage where two performers of the night will be chosen as the winners and go on to the Rising Star Finale in November 2024.
So come one, come all and watch as the best drag queen, king, or anything in between emerges as the one and only, the undeniable, the legendary... Rising Star 2024!
