Yoga Nidra - iRest

We are thrilled to announce that Urban Yoga teacher Wendy Reynolds is bringing the perfect antidote to our often hectic and busy lives to the studio in October ~ Yoga Nidra.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Based on the ancient teachings of meditation, iRest® Yoga Nidra is an evidence-based transformative practice that leads to psychological, physical and spiritual healing and well-being.

No matter our profession in life, we all accumulate tension whether it be physical or mental. iRest Yoga Nidra provides you with tools to help you relax deeply, release stress, increase resiliency, and provide you with a sense of ease in your life. The practice nourishes qualities such as joy, peacefulness, empathy, forgiveness, patience and loving-kindness toward yourself and others.

iRest Yoga Nidra can support:
