Summer DO 2019: Painting and printmaking with James Lawrence

Extend your painting process in this varied workshop with Auckland painter and printmaker James Lawrence. You will begin with painting, then experiment with mixed media and monoprint techniques based on those original painted works.

You will extend and develop your practice; and push your work to a new level. This course is designed for people with a good knowledge of acrylic painting techniques.

What’s included: Newsprint, tool use, inks and paints. 2x sheets of A2 Fabriano Printmaking paper, tuition.

What you need to bring: Your own acrylic paints, brushes, mediums, own canvases or boards. MDF boards will be available for purchase from tutor for $5 each.
