An experiential Men's gathering including grounding, sharing around our relationships and man stuff, with drumming, movement, breathwork and exploring a series of Kundalini Yoga exercises I have found very helpful for my sexual health and well being, focusing on the root, power centre and lower chakras, ending with a short meditation to support our strength and vitality.
