Kelly Bowater Travel Rally Against Breast Cancer” is an opportunity for the whole family to get together in an active way to appreciate the importance of exercise for health and wellbeing and to socialise on club courts around the Nelson region.

Cardio on court provides a way to socialise and exercise on court that people have not perhaps thoughts of – no knowledge of tennis required, all genders and ages can take part – it’s for the whole family and it’s supporting a wonderful cause. Cardio tennis is lots of fun - working together with a few activities on a tennis court to increase your heart rate.
