Ecstatic Drum and Dance- West African Rhythms

Kadodo's drum and dance teacher Robert Koffie Fugah and therapeutic dance practitioner Catherine Schroder have come together to provide Ecstatic Drum and Dance inspired by the healing rhythms of West Africa.

This unique evening will guide you through a drum circle meditation led by Koffie. Then Catherine will guide you through an intuitive movement journey in conversation with the West African inspired rhythms played by Koffie and our team.

Each rhythm will be gently guided with movement resource from ancient, sacred rhythms of Guinea, West Africa. The resources will guide you into each rhythm and provide a platform for you to explore and expand from in your own intuitive way.

These workshops are about movement for wellbeing and dance as a spiritual practice. There is no judge of right or wrong! Your body's own wisdom and intuition is the driving force of the workshop.
