Journey through the wisdom of cycles and discover how closely intertwined we women are with nature. Connect with your menstrual cycle, pregnancy, menopause and the cycles of women (Maiden, Mother, Maga, Crone).

Reflect on your rites of passage (birth, menarche, menopause, death) and enter into ceremony to reclaim the sacred parts within yourself.

Sit with women in a safe, confidential and judgement-free space.

Who is this for:
16 Years + those who identify as woman, wishing to heal, reclaim and connect with their womb wisdom. Infants in arms welcome.

To bring and prepare:
Journal to write in, Lunch (morning tea, afternoon tea and drinks provided), an object from nature to represent where you are in your life cycle or menstrual cycle. Your birth story (find out as much as you can about how you were born). All other supplies provided.

About Alisa:
Alisa is a teacher, mother to be, sister, partner, ceremonialist and shamanic guideswoman. She studied at the women’s mysteries school, ‘The School of Shamanic Womancraft’ and found herself on a journey of discovery and deep connection to the cycles of womanhood.

Alisa’s personal story is of learning to connect deep within to heal womb trauma and to step into fertility. She is now on a beautiful journey of pregnancy. Alisa is called to bring the wisdom of cycles to the women of New Zealand, to support them in finding a deep connection to the sacred parts within themselves.
