TSB TOPEC is managed by the TOPEC Trust and is a registered charity, set up by Taranaki Schools and Service groups specifically to run the centre.

TSB TOPEC is situated on the banks of the Waiwhakaiho River, in bush reserve, some 10 kilometres from New Plymouth and is uniquely located to make the best of the sea, surf, rivers, bush and mountain.
