The Bay of Plenty's own regional not for profit community gallery, The People’s Gallery - Toi ka rere, provides an important and exciting visual platform in which community groups can display and promote their diverse range of creative talents. With an emphasis is on 'Telling Stories' and raising awareness about our local communities, the supported exhibition programme enables our locals to have a voice - one which will be heard and shared widely across the Bay of Plenty region.
The space is not limited to the Bay of Plenty but welcomes travelling groups to also display and connect with our local community through art.
Regular opening hours during exhibitions: (dependent on volunteers)
10am - 3pm Weekdays
10am - 2pm Saturdays
