The Grumpy Mole Rotorua opened with a hiss and a roar in April 2002 and is the place to be seen dancing on the table in Rotorua.
The western theme is the trademark of The Grumpy Mole Saloon and you are taken in by it from the moment you enter from the footpath through the old style western bar exterior, and into the expansive main bar featuring memorabilia and artifacts from the wild west.
The main bar is home to a massive 16m bar, two pool tables, fabulous open log fire (great for escaping the chills of winter), a huge television screen for watching those sporting events that you just can't get to, and a dance floor that comes complete with a solid wood table made for dancing on!!
