Award-winning comedian and musician Creed Bratton is set to entertain eagerly-awaiting fans with his acclaimed debut performances at Wellington's San Fran and Auckland's Neck of the Woods this June.
"Since I first came up with the idea for this variety tour a few years ago," said Creed Bratton, "I've always wanted to head Down Under and perform it for Australasian audiences. I couldn't be happier to announce that I'm finally making my way there."
Creed Bratton is known for playing the mysterious, quality-assurance director (an over the top version of himself) in the American mockumentary sitcom, 'The Office'. On his forthcoming NZ debut, his variety shows will include live music, stand-up comedy and anecdotes from his time on set of 'The Office', as well as the highs and lows of a career that has to be heard about first-hand to be believed.
Apart from his hilarious roles in comedic hits like 'The Mask' and 'The Office', Bratton has also captivated the world as the lead guitarist of the legendary American rock troupe, The Grass Roots. During his musical career that spans nearly five decades, he's played on the band's first four albums—shaping their folk rock/psychedelic pop sounds—before breaking away in the 1970s to pursue a solo career and comedic work.
