The wait is almost over, Dallas Green and his band arrive is New Zealand in less than two weeks. City and Colour began their Australian tour just over a week ago and the reviews have been nothing but stellar with The Music observing "They produced and maintained a sound that sent vibrations up the chairs in the audience, though it needs to be said that Green’s voice is undisputedly the star of the show." And Music Feeds celebrating "…the Canadian singer-songwriter took to the majestic stage in the Sydney State Theatre to serenade fans with a decade worth of indie-folk tunes, and quite simply took our breath away."
The glowing reviews have been revering not only Green's exceptional stage presence, but also his killer new live band featuring Jack Lawrence (The Raconteurs, The Dead Weather), Dante Schwebel (Hacienda, Dan Auerbach), Doug MacGregor (The Constantines) and Matt Kelly. With the biggest production to date fans will be treated to a world class lighting show, of which The Music said, "The set was illuminated by an impressive light show that turned these musicians into performers."
