Ever wish you could get your band in front of a crowd? A really big crowd? Big as in Vodafone's Homegrown festival big? Big as in opening for serious acts like Elemeno-P, Pluto, The Feelers, Kora, Opshop and Shihad?
If your band has what it takes, isn't signed to a major and can play a full set of its own music, you're eligible to enter into the Jim Beam Band Search and possibly score a chance to be the opener on the Jim Beam Rock Stage at the Vodafone event on 26 April in Wellington.
You'll also be treated like rock royalty and get flown to Wellington, put up in rock-style accommodation and get the full VIP backstage treatment (yes, including adult beverages courtesy of Jim Beam).
