This session, you’ll be led through a soothing visualization of a setting sun, symbolizing the release of what no longer serves you as it dips below the horizon. This journey encourages you to embrace the beauty of letting go, allowing any lingering stress or tension to dissolve as the day comes to a close.
The space will be thoughtfully designed with warm, calming visuals and sounds to create a serene environment that supports your journey into deep rest. All the comforts you need are provided, but you’re welcome to bring any personal items that enhance your relaxation.

Christina, a free flower, life lover and certified somatic dance facilitator, is passionate about using movement as medicine and empowering others to find joyful liberation in free-form dance. Alongside her enthusiasm for movement and self-expression, she is deeply aligned with maintaining a grounding practice in Yoga Nidra and can’t wait to gift that experience to you.
