We hope people will feel empowered to use yoga as an effective and enjoyable self-care practice. This class will cover a broad range of focus and suitable for everyone. Various levels are offered for beginners, intermediate or those who wish to be challenged further. This class is shared between 3 teachers, alternating each week - Anne, Jeannie and Kaye.
This class may vary between hatha, yin or vinyasa style.
Price is $12. Please bring a mat if you have one.
