Volleyball Training - Intermediate/Advanced Training

Auckland Central Volleyball Club Presents Indoor Volleyball Training for teens & adults ages 16 and up! Start strong & stay strong with these learning & training sessions! We will review the basic skills involved in indoor volleyball, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the game, and hopefully having some fun while we’re at it! This series is for teen & adult players ages 16+.

Tuesday & Wednesday nights are for those at Intermediate / Advanced levels.

Your session with internationally-trained Coach Diego and assistants will include a combination of: warm up/physical exercise, drills for passing, setting, serving, attacking; and/or some tactical knowledge of the game itself. Tickets essential, numbers strictly limited, no walk ups will be accepted. Minimum numbers required to go ahead so please encourage friends to book in and come along! Players only in the gym and facility. Sorry, no guests, spectators, children allowed! Note: No sessions on holiday weekends (where holiday falls on weekend day, Monday or Friday) unless otherwise indicated.

Parking: ONLY park in designated parking spaces. No parking on yellow lines, reserved spaces, on grass or in areas that are not line marked for parking. No parking inside the school itself (gate 2), no parking in the middle of gate 3 blocking all emergency access and creating a health & safety risk.
School will enforce towing which will be at the parker's own cost.
