Ecopsychology has emerged as a discipline over the past two decades, examining the psychological links between humans and nature and how these connections affect well-being, behavior, and worldview. By integrating psychological and ecological principles, it promotes sustainability and highlights our vital role in the environment.
Mark, with a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Ecopsychology and over 25 years of teaching experience in New Zealand and internationally, aims to enhance ecopsychological awareness for individuals and the planet by facilitating meaningful community and nature experiences.
In this workshop, Mark will employ techniques from contemplative education and ecopsychology to strengthen our connection to nature and foster a supportive environment for sharing personal experiences with the natural world we live in.
Limited to 12 participants. $35 total per participant. Bookings close Friday, 21st March at 2pm. Book here: https://www.riverside.org.nz/event-details/spaces-for-listening-a-journey-into-ecospychology
