Bhakti Lounge

A collaborative sound bath experience that will harmonize our energies and nurture deep relaxation. You’ll be feeling soothed, healed and yet energized by the spirit of summer. It’s a celebration of the season’s vitality!

This unique gathering features talented musicians coming together to create a synergy of singing bowls, gentle percussion, and summer-inspired melodies, complemented by calming mantras to guide you into a state of profound calm.
Not to mention an amazing plant-based dinner - all included in your ticket!

Meet Purna, our vocalist!
As a music composer, Purna was instantly intrigued when she came across mantra meditation (kirtan) at Bhakti Lounge. At this time, she had just begun a Doctor of Musical Arts in Wellington. Further exploration revealed to her a whole science of non-material sound and an uplifting lifestyle that transformed her life for the better and satisfied her search for understanding the true potential of sound. Purna loves to study the bhakti yoga texts and to make music inspired by them, with the hope that this music will be able to touch the hearts of others.

Meet Johnny, our sound healer!
A former professional flutist with degrees from a prestigious NYC conservatory, Johnny’s journey with music took a transformative turn after focal dystonia ended his performing career. Rediscovering sound through crystal singing bowls, he now works with a variety of instruments to create powerful vibrations that heal the body and rejuvenate the mind. Johnny invites you to experience the profound world of sound healing.
