There will be free informative ‘Ask an Expert’ sessions, activities for the kids, a major Show prize for one lucky visitor, good food and great coffee! - What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Free parking is available at the venue.

-What is the best time to attend?
Peak visitor times are normally between 11am - 2pm so the crowds are less outside of these times.

- What days is the ticket valid for?
General Admission entry tickets are for one entry only and are valid for any one of the 3 event days.

Gold Card Special 1/2 price tickets valid for Friday only.

- Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A printed ticket or showing the barcode on your smartphone to the entry staff is required.

- What's the refund policy?
The entry ticket is non-refundable, but it is transferable so you if you can't attend for whatever reason, you can give the ticket to a friend.
