The event consists of either a 1.4 kilometer run or walk, or a 700-metre sprint on the tarmac at the North Shore Airport. Entry is $20 per person, with free entry for under 16s. Parking will be available at the Hibiscus Coast Park and Ride and a free bus service to and from the Airport. The event is organised as a community fun event by the Airport Rotary Club.
