If you’re looking for a gentle way to slow down racing thoughts and deepen your connection to your body, I’d like to invite you to my Sound Bath session at the Grey Lynn Community Centre. This is the first late-night sound healing session, and I'm excited to launch this new offering.
During the session, you’ll immerse yourself in soothing sounds and vibrations that communicate directly with your body through resonance. You’ll experience the rich tones of quartz crystal bowls, chimes, drums, flutes, and voice. These vibrations help release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring you into a deep state of relaxation. As the sounds align with the sensations you feel, your body and mind harmonise, creating a profound sense of peace and clarity.
This is an opportunity to let go of stress, quiet mental chatter, and feel fully present in the moment. Whether you're new to sound healing or experienced in meditation, this session will support you in resetting, rebalancing, and re-energising. Sound baths are incredibly relaxing, and what’s even more beautiful about this late-night session is that you can head straight to bed afterwards - rested and rejuvenated.
Everyone is welcome, and no prior experience is needed.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat or something comfy to lie on
A blanket and pillow
Water
Comfy clothes and warm socks

A journal
Crystals or essential oils
Event Details:
Doors open 15 minutes before the session, giving you time to arrive, settle in, and relax before we begin.
