Sharp-witted Dunedin comedian Nicola Brown takes the audience on a stellar ride as she wrangles perplexing bodies, misguided romance scammers (who’ve failed to notice how gay she is) and infuriating medical communication into orderly chaos. Her hilarious, enlightening and uplifting multi award-winning show, Space Invaders, is all about managing the pandemonium when your pelvic floor has its own hectic agenda.

Assisted by a gaggle of overly-friendly random guys from Facebook, some astonishing crocheted organs and a Venn diagram or three, Nicola goes where no comedian has gone before…metaphorical space.

“An intimate, brilliant comedy hour that might just save your life” – Ruth Agnew, Flat City Field Notes
“Brown’s show is on par with her contemporaries like Hannah Gadsby and Pax Assadi, carefully combining comedy with social advocacy” - Reuben Crimp, Theatreview
