New Years Fireworks + Midgets & Thundering Sprintcars-630pm

Tonight we welcome the Western Springs Midgets for Round 4 of their World Midget Series "The Fast 40" and a thundering Sprintcar Invitation featuring Shane Van Gisbergen back in New Zealand after a successful NASCAR season in the USA. Plus we celebrate the New Year there will be some spectacular fireworks to light up the evening sky .

Not only the Midget Fast 40 and Sprintcars racing at its best, In addition some fast action flying around the track from the drop of the flag from the Six Shooters Predator Series, Streetstock 290s, Stockcars and plus top it with a big bang of Fireworks!

Make sure to grab your friends or family and head to Waikaraka Speedway for a great night out.
Get your tickets at the gate or from Eventfinder. Hot Chips, Hot Dogs, Burgers, Coffee, Hot Chocolate and much more are available to purchase on-site.

Children 7 years and under are free - no ticket is required!
A Gold Card Concession ticket is available for purchase but ONLY at the main gate on the event day (ID required).

Gates Open at 3.30pm. Racing starts EARLIER at 6.30pm.
