Life moves fast, but some moments deserve to be slowed down.

Our Mother & Daughter Retreat is a chance to step away from the every day and share quality time, relaxation, and meaningful connection - just the two (or three) of you.

Taking place on the first weekend of the Easter school holidays, this afternoon retreat is the perfect way to kick off the break. Designed for women of all ages, we welcome mothers and daughters at any life stage - but with a minimum age requirement of 10 years old.

Set in a beautiful, tranquil location in Ponsonby, the afternoon is designed to refresh, connect, and deepen your bond. You’ll experience a blend of movement, mindfulness, and self-care, including:

Partner Yoga – A gentle yoga session designed for connection, incorporating synchronised breath and supportive postures.
A Tea-Drinking Ceremony – Slow down and be present as you enjoy a mindful tea experience together.
Breathwork for Connection – A shared breathing practice to deepen presence and emotional connection.
Face yoga and guided self-massage - Learn about self-care and loving the skin you’re in through massage techniques that promote relaxation.
Gratitude journal – Mothers and daughters write uplifting messages to each other to take home as a keepsake.

The experience concludes with a beautiful afternoon tea, giving you time to unwind, reflect, and enjoy a moment of stillness together.
