Mantra Night

Mantra Night is an enlivening evening of mantra-music or Kirtan, an immersive and interactive form of group meditation set to contemporary music both mellow and upbeat. Featuring a call & response flow with the musicians and crowd, it is both fun and easy, yet a powerful spiritual experience as we sing together. No need to worry about your voice, simply join in with others or just listen & hum along. Adding a regular spiritual meditative practice to your week is vital for your well-being, Mantra Night is a great way to do just that, plus enjoy a tasty meal for a donation of just $5, while connecting with like-minded souls! 6pm Sundays - Grey Lynn Community Centre.
