For Your Well-being:
Did you know that adults laugh about 10-15 times a day and children laugh about 300-400 times a day!
Come and join in for some laughter and fun, and a great way to reduce stress and receive many more benefits
This is not like ordinary yoga so no yoga poses but bring a mat for the relaxation as the floor is not carpeted - I will have some available.
It's childlike playfulness and yogic breathing to create so many benefits such as releasing endorphins and serotonin to make you feel better; reduce stress and strengthen the immune system; raise energy levels; improve circulation; support good mental health; provide a coping mechanism through challenges and improve concentration and creativity and more!
$5 donation towards the room hire and bring some water as it is an aerobic activity.
