Jarryd Goundrey is Australia's Least Decorated Soldier. Who would of thought being an Infantry soldier sleeping in puddles would have prepared him for a life of comedy so well?

After serving in the Australian Army for seven years as an infantry soldier and then leaving to work in a restaurant as a decorated chef, Jarryd is now on the road, hustling as a comedian.

Surrounded by a high-achieving successful family. Jarryd is happy being the black sheep Stepson. His decision to put his possessions into storage and live on the road for the last 18 months as a full-time professional comic was met with scepticism, but life seems to be working… for now.

His show Incoming sold out its run at the 2022 Melbourne International Comedy Festival (MICF), and his show Good Lord! Sold out Adelaide Fringe and MICF. He’s had more sold out shows across the country over 2024 & 2025 so don’t miss out!
