Would you like to be able to cook delicious and nutritious Japanese food at home? Let’s have fun cooking attractive and healthy Japanese food together!. All ingredients included in course fee.

We will prepare simple, traditional Japanese home-style meals consisting of rice, soup, and a main dish (Ichijyu-issai). In each class, we'll make a different-flavoured miso soup along with a popular Japanese dish -- for example, teriyaki chicken or tonkatsu (crumbed pork cutlet).

We'll introduce you to Japanese food that's easy to prepare, tasty, and made with simple fresh ingredients plus we'll show you how easy it is to incorporate tasty and healthy Japanese food into your daily diet.
All ingredients are included in the fee. You just need to bring an apron, a dish cloth, a tea towel, and a container to take your food home in. Don't forget your smartphone if you want to take photos!

By the end of the course, you’ll:

become more familiar with using Japanese ingredients
feel more confident to cook authentic Japanese-style dishes at home
have the know-how to make delicious, well-balanced, and nourishing meals for the whole family.

Note: Our cooking courses are designed to provide a collaborative and immersive learning experience where learners often work in pairs and/or groups. While we wish to create an inclusive environment for all participants, it is important to note that our courses are unable to accommodate specific food allergies or deviate from the preplanned dishes and menus.
