Class Schedule

Mondays: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Cost: $25 per class (includes yoga mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters). Pool packages are available as an add-on for a complete wellness experience.

About the Instructor
Nadine Prinsloo is a dedicated yoga teacher with nearly a decade of personal practice and over six years of teaching experience. Her supportive and inclusive approach blends mindful breathwork with detailed posture guidance, creating a space for all participants to thrive and grow.
