Gold Panning at Toitū

Dig deep into Otago’s history as you learn how to pan for gold at Toitū!

Get your hands dirty searching for gold in pure New Zealand soil brought in especially for the occasion from an area known for its gold properties and learn about the history of the Otago goldfields from the museum team.

An offering in support of Wild Dunedin – New Zealand Festival of Nature.

11.30am – 12.30pm and 1.30pm – 2.30pm, Tuesday 15 April
$20, limited spaces, bookings essential.
