Join us for an unforgettable afternoon of live jazz at the stunning Pines in Houghton Bay!

The Capital City Big Band is a 17-piece jazz ensemble that will fill the air with soulful melodies, featuring five incredible vocalists from across Wellington:

* Sarah Hall (from Wellington's favourite eighties band Heartbreaker)
* Matthew Pender (Odessa)
* Megan McCarthy (Rosé)
* Stephanie Bishop (Capital City Big Band's very own songstress)
* Hilary Fulton (Introducing the lovely Hilary Fulton!)

The evening will be hosted by MC Peter Baillie (of Neverwoz).

Together, we will bring you an eclectic variety of jazz and pop – from Natalie Cole to Queen, from Sinatra to Ray Charles, from Michael Bublé to Tina Turner, and a bit of everything in between.

It’s up to you whether you'd like to sit back and enjoy or hit the dance floor and take your partner for a spin.

Limited parking is available, so we recommend carpooling, catching a bus, biking, scootering, or hopping in an Uber.
Don’t miss this perfect opportunity to enjoy a stunning venue, a beautiful sunset, and a memorable evening of jazz overlooking the South Coast!

Tickets are just $30 + booking fee and can be purchased via Eventfinda.
Licenced venue. Bar will be open for food and drink.

We can’t wait to see you there!
