Floating Meditation with Sound Bowls

Relax and enjoy a one-hour rejuvenating meditation suspended in an aerial hammock, while surrounded by the tranquil vibes of crystal sound bowls. This session will be guided by sound rather than verbal led meditation.

This unique experience designed to relax your body and mind, provide clarity and improve mental focus.

Level: No aerial yoga experience required, no prior meditation experience required, this is accessible form of meditation perfect for anyone who struggles to meditate or is complete new to meditation.

What to wear: Comfortable warm clothing, no jeans, no zips or jewellery. Socks must be worn. Bring a blanket or jumper, if you prefer head raised while sleeping we recommend bring a scarf or top which can be rolled up as a head support.
