Ben Hurley: Gone South

When it comes to touring acts (and hospitals), here in the deep South, we sometimes feel a bit neglected. But Ben Hurley, one of New Zealand’s most well known and well loved comedians is once again proving that the South Island matters.

He’s hitting the road and heading South on a whistlestop tour to Wanaka, Alexandra, Gore, Invercargill, Hanmer Springs and Hokitika.

Ben is no stranger to NZ audiences having toured the country many times and with his regular TV appearances on TaskMaster NZ, THREE’S 7Days, The Project, 7 Sharp and several NZ Comedy Fest Comedy Galas, to name just a few.

In 2024 Ben also fulfilled a life goal by commentating cricket with the Alternative Commentary Collective.

Ben will be supported by award-winning Dunedin comedian Harriet Moir in Wanaka, Alexandra,Gore and Invercargill and Logan Kitney in Hokitika and Hanmer Springs.
