What to try pole, this is the perfect time!! we have a 45min trial class running for absolute beginners
Thursday 7:30pm- 8:15pm only on 20th March.
Pole fitness is a fun full body workout, if you haven't found a movement / sport that you enjoy then we recommend giving pole a try.
Classes are suitable for absolute beginners, no prior dance or fitness experience needed.
Bookings are essential - classes sizes are small with limited capacity.
What to wear: Activewear. we recommend shorts and t-shirt.
