Awareness Insight Meditation (AIM) offers a non-dogmatic, open-monitoring approach influenced by Eastern traditions. Unlike typical meditation courses focused on techniques, AIM provides insight into meditation as a process—a transformative way of being that fosters resilience, focus, and authentic inner connection. Through a deeper understanding of ourselves we can cultivate mastery within the relationships in our personal and professional lives.
Over three 1.5-hour sessions (choose in-person at SOMM Studio or online), you’ll learn to cultivate a consistent meditation practice and gain actionable insights to enhance your leadership and interpersonal skills.
