Take some time for yourself to come and learn about some of the brain science behind Mindfulness and practice new techniques to help you increase your awareness of the present moment as we move through the summer months. Join a small friendly group to explore practical ways to build on your daily well-being and see if Mindfulness practice has something to offer you in 2025.
Share, discuss and try simple meditations in 2 hour sessions (with a cuppa in the middle) over 6 evening classes starting Wednesday March 5 and ending Wednesday April 9. Plenty of support and useful resources will guide you into the start of your Mindfulness journey for the coming year.
