Kindfulness is a secular contemplative approach that integrates Eastern contemplative practices with the insights of Western science. It makes use of mindfulness practices, going deeper by considering each person’s uniqueness, promoting self-knowledge and a path to live with more ease, confidence and resilience.

Learn to relax your body and mind, dive into your motivations and how to show up in life from the heart space with the certified Kindfulness facilitator Roberta Schneider who represents the Institute of Contemplative Sciences in NZ.

About Roberta
Roberta represents the Institute of Contemplative Sciences in New Zealand as a certified Kindfulness facilitator. With a background in education, she has learned the importance of deep connections and compassion for inner and collective growth. Her teaching experiences in New Zealand and abroad have shown her the lasting impact of kindness. Roberta also has a degree in Biology which helped her to understand the complexity of the human body, nature's interconnectedness and abundance, and has further deepened her appreciation for cultivating presence and healthy relationships. Kindfulness has profoundly enriched her life, helping her to navigate challenges with more clarity and compassion. Now, she is passionate about sharing this heart-opening experience with those who seek to live a more balanced and meaningful life.
