Yin Yoga Sound Session

This month’s yoga offering dives deep into traditional roots, led by Simon and a group of Indian spiritual seekers. Yin Yoga here fuses Taoist and Vedic philosophies, combining Indian shastra (scriptures), sounding practices, movement, and long-held postures to encourage introspection. The sessions will feature gentle soundscapes with Indian instruments, enhancing the meditative atmosphere. Offered as Koha, or Dana in Sanskrit, participants are invited to give from the heart, within their means, with all proceeds going to support spiritual teachers in India during a visit in early 2025. Bring a yoga mat, water, comfortable clothing, a blanket, and an open heart.
