Winter Warmers - Feel Warm during Winter, drop in meditation classes

Every year during winter we have a special series of classes taught by our senior students when Kadam Birgit takes part in Intensive Teacher Training Programme and the Summer Festival in England.
This year in Palmerston North they will be teaching their favourite topics.
Selecting an aspect of Buddha's teachings that they have found especially meaningful and useful in negotiating challenges and issues in their own lives.
