Channel your creative energy and join us for an inspiring night of wine and design!
The wonderful team from Three Cups of Tea Ceramics will show you how to craft and customise your own pinch pot from scratch during this beginner-friendly workshop. At the end of the evening, your creation will be taken away for firing and glazing, and we'll let you know when it's ready to be picked up from the Museum.
All materials and equipment are provided, but we do recommend bringing an apron.
Come with friends, or make new ones, and create something lovely while sipping a glass of Quartz Reef wine in the Museum's beautiful atrium.
Tickets are $70 and include all workshop materials, wine and canapés. Cash bar also available.
Three Cups of Tea Ceramics is a creative collaboration between Elise Johnston and Karen Taylor O'Neill, centered around the rituals and pleasure of sharing moments with friends and family over cups of tea. Their ceramics, handmade in small batches in Ōtepoti Dunedin, are durable and designed to be used. The colours and creatures of New Zealand's wild places are expressed through a range of coloured glazes, and hand-drawn images of endemic birds and trees are a feature of the products.
