Kirikiriroa artist Hollie Tawhiao (Ngaati Tiipa) was one of several collaborators for Lissy and Rudi Robinson-Cole's Wharenui Harikoa, lending her carving expertise to the Tuupuanuku and Waitii pou.

In this workshop Hollie will speak about her experience working with Lissy and Rudi on the project, and help you to make your own plaster mould of a kooruru (traditional carving of a face).

There will be a range of options for artists of all ages and abilities – fun for the whole family! All materials provided. Suitable for ages 3 years and older. Children must be supervised by an attending adult.

Book online now! $25 per ticket. $15 for Friends of the Museum. Booking fees apply.
